It's never the wrong time to find the right person. We're always looking for a unicornly-special breed of tax pro to join our tight knit team.
Who We're Looking For: we're in search of both experienced tax preparers and reviewers looking to work directly with clients and/or help us review the work of other tax preparers. Ideal candidates would enjoy interacting with clients/co-workers, can complete/review both business and individual tax returns of all levels of difficulty, give sage tax planning advice and generally enjoy life in and out of the tax office.
Speaking of offices, we have a beautiful art-filled one for our local (and vaccinated) staff, but we're open to hiring remote workers too.
Requirements:
- Enrolled Agent or CPA certification (or in process of obtaining)
- 2+ Years of Tax Preparation Experience
- Enjoy Talking to Clients: able to type and talk at the same time
- Able to place in the 10-Key Olympics (Silver or better preferred)
- Sense of Humor
- Bonus Points for a mild addiction to Sudoku or taking the Miller Analogy Test for fun

Compensation and Benefits: In addition to salaries, flexible work hours and locations, we pay commissions on client fees as well as offer 401k matching, HSAs, health and disability insurance.
