Mark Fox is an Enrolled Agent who has been preparing tax returns and giving tax advice to artists and entrepreneurs since 1999. He and Alyssa started Fox Tax in 2004 with a focus on helping artists and creative entrepreneurs navigate the ever-increasingly complicated world of tax and finance. In the decades since, they published The Creative Tax Planner: A Guide for Artists & Musicians, ran an art gallery in their office space for ten years, added an amazing staff and grew the business to over 4,000 clients. He somehow managed to also marry the woman of his dreams who enjoys traveling the world and eating great food almost as much as he does. At the end of 2024, after navigating the accounting world from early internet to early AI, Alyssa and Mark decided to merge Fox Tax into the Archer Lewis Group, a national firm with similar ideals. In 2026, Mark decided to step away from Fox Tax to explore non-tax-related pursuits but will always be a part of this business that was built on the idea that we all do better when we all do better.
