Kate joined Fox Tax in May 2026, bringing over 15 years of public accounting experience helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate everything from everyday tax questions to more complex planning.
No matter the situation, Kate enjoys helping people feel a little more confident and a lot less overwhelmed when it comes to their taxes. She has a knack for turning complicated tax concepts into conversations people can actually follow. She enjoys helping clients understand not just what they're doing, but why they're doing it. Her favorite part of any meeting is hearing a client say, "That actually makes sense now."
A Minnesota native, she splits her time between Minneapolis and Chicago, and joining Fox Tax felt like a natural next chapter in returning to work in her home state.
Outside the office, you'll usually find Kate at a hot yoga class, exploring a new restaurant or coffee shop, or stopping to pet every dog she passes. She loves discovering new places, whether it's a hidden neighborhood gem or a new travel destination, and is always happy to hear clients' recommendations.
